Thank you for this information. As I am focusing on essential high blood pressure as a naturopath and offering holistic courses, this is of particular interest to me.

My question is whether there is anything known on the effect on a left heart insufficiency. Is it recommendable?

The article above is a very good one. I have been using Strophanthin for 25 years and still do. Now, that I’m retired it has become my full profession. Dr. Thomas Cowan in San Francisco. You will also find his adress in my homepage. Furthermore you will find a list of 16 doctors who will prescribe it for you, you only must send them an Email. All questions regarding Strophanthin can be answered by phone or email because Strophanthin is so harmles and there are no side effects (only sometimes diarrhoea in the beginning, so I propose to start slowly, thet means each day one kapsula more untill the normal dosis of 3 times per day 2). Of course you can also send me an email and I will surely help you regarding indication, how to get it and so on. Strophanthin is more helpful as you can imagine! I was able to purchase this product only through
a apothecary in Germany. I got a good supply
but somehow can’t find the place I ordered it
from. I remember that they were hesitant to
send it until I said I had been trying to purchase it and it was not available in the US.
They speak english quite well but the time change is significant.

I totally see the bigger picture you present; however, why only an isolated African herb? If one was living somewhere other than Africa during the paleolithic period naturally…not botched by mankind yet, how do I get to Africa to get this plant? Or, is it because humans root back to Africa before the continents divided leading to evolution? I read a book about the oldest Homo Sapien dating back 7 million years. They found the remains in Africa and the theory is that man migrated North and then split in 2 directions; the westbound evolved into caucasians and the eastbound group were the neandertals. Just curious-

How can one access this medication? My husband has a serious cardiac condition. Our cardiologist is young and accessible to input from his patients, but he had never heard of this when I gave him the article. Can it be purchased in the US? If so, where? I believe he would be willing to work with my husband to tailor a non-invasive medical protocol involving this drug, since he agrees that the usual series of events (angiogram, angioplasty, stents, ablation, etc.) after the extensive series of non-invasive tests he has had thus far, may not be the best option.

Ladies and Gentlemen….

Can either homeopathic or allopathic versions of G-strophanthin ,in oral form, be used to treat cardiac arrythmias? I have irregular heartbeats as an everyday occurrence,but which are called “benign” by MDs I have seen.

I do’nt share their confidence that there is
nothing to be concerned about.

In 2002 a quad bypass, just recently recommended by a friend, now take Strodival mr 3X2 caps daily, bp is looking so much better and i feel better too! Can supply name of Dr. in Germany

If I can obtain G-Strophanthin, how will I know how much to take and how often? I have a friend who knows a couple of doctors in Germany so I may be able to get some of this. I recently had a double bypass and I’m not sure whether it really helped anything. If I exert myself and walk home (1/2 a mile) I get totally winded and start getting angina like pains. I would do anything not to have this.

What about mainstream doctors in the US? The last I heard they were saying Heart surgery may now be more beneficial than angioplasty.
Alternative cures in the US recently have been getting bad press.

please excuse my perhaps bad English…

Strophanthin / ouabain is free available in German pharmacies as a homeopathic medicine (“Strophactiv” from the company “magnetactiv”). D4 = 1:10.000, there is enough substance in it to generate a substantial effect, additionally to the homeopathic effect.

Allopathic / substantial ouabain “(Strodival”) is available only with a prescription from a physician. You can get it at the pharmacy of the Airport of Munich, likely also at other German airports or international pharmacies.

Strodival mr = enteric-coated capsules with 3 mg each for prophylaxis. Strodival = capsules to bite (adsorption with the tongue and mouth) with 3 mg each for acute situations.

Strodival spezial with 6 mg is not available any more.

The pharmacy “Schloß-Apotheke” in Koblenz / Germany makes a ouabain solution, and also ouabain pharmaceutical phials for intravenous injection, likely they sell it abroad with a prescription. Tel. 0049-261-18439

G-Strophanthin has been successfully used in Europe for over 50 years. The medical group that is most affected by this product would be the doctors that are involved with heart bypass surgery. The amount of studies that have been conducted on this therapy numbers in the hundreds.

How can we get your doctor interested? I don’t have an answer for this. Only medical people who REALLY care about their patients make the effort to find something that works. If they are satisfied with the recommendations they have been making in the past… they don’t necessarily look for new treatment options.

Having had by-pass heart surgery about 4 years ago I wish my Dr. was interested in this information. I’m still having problems with increasing regularity and am due for a check up. I have a “feeling” I’m headed for more surgery. How do I go about getting my Dr. to look at this information on G-Strophanthin.

Surely the doctors at St. John’s Springfield, MO are on the look out for new ways to help their patients.
